Every room and apartment at RoomSB is air-conditioned, non-smoking and soundproofed, with a private bathroom with walk-in shower, free toiletries, towels, hairdryer and toilet paper, plus linens, a wardrobe or clothes rack, a work desk, a seating area, a socket near the bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. Free WiFi at 50 Mbps is available throughout the property and is fast enough for streaming and video calls, while free private parking is available on site without reservation. Outside there is a garden and a patio, and the views look onto the garden or the inner courtyard. The house has a 24-hour front desk with private and express check-in and check-out, invoices on request, family rooms, hardwood or parquet and carpeted floors, heating, mosquito nets, and staff speaking Croatian, English and German. Upper floors are accessible by stairs only.
